The use of equestrian equipment involves inherent risks, particularly due to the unpredictable behavior of horses.

Product Usage

Products from Créations RP are designed for normal equestrian use. They must be used by individuals with the necessary knowledge to safely handle and equip a horse.

Before each use, the user must:

  • check the product's condition
  • ensure proper fit for the horse
  • check fasteners, buckles, and stress points
  • ensure the equipment is used for its intended purpose

Any equipment showing signs of wear or damage must be replaced immediately.

User Responsibility

The user is entirely responsible for:

  • the proper fitting of the equipment on their horse
  • the maintenance and regular inspection of the equipment
  • the appropriate use of the product
  • the safety of the rider, the horse, and those around

As each horse is unique, Créations RP cannot guarantee the horse's reaction, behavior, or safety when using its products.

Handmade Products

Products sold by Créations RP are handmade.

Slight variations may exist in:

  • color
  • texture
  • finish

These variations are part of the unique character of handmade products and do not constitute a defect.

Maintenance and Lifespan

The lifespan of a product depends on several factors, including:

  • frequency of use
  • conditions of use
  • equipment maintenance
  • the force exerted by the horse

Regular maintenance and frequent inspection are essential to ensure the safety and durability of the equipment.

Liability Waiver

By purchasing and using products from Créations RP, the customer agrees that Créations RP cannot be held responsible for:

  • injuries or accidents involving a horse or a person
  • material damage
  • improper use of the equipment
  • inadequate equipment adjustment
  • normal wear and tear of the equipment
  • use in extreme conditions
  • unpredictable behavior of a horse

The use of the products is entirely at the user's risk and responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Créations RP cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of its products.
